Shalom all The pointed "Obelisks" or sun pillars of Egypt are well known. In Babylon the ones erected by Queen Semiramis were "PHALLIC SYMBOLS". That's right folks, they represented the male penis. They worshipped "SEX", or considered "SEX" as a form of "WORSHIP", kind of like the american people of today. In Egypt more emphasis was put on the "SUN" symbolism and they were described as a SUN-RAY. These obelisks were commonly erected at the entrance to the temples of Isis or other temples of the numerous Sun- deities. Travellers to Rome all know about the infamous obelisk at the entrance of St. Peter's in Rome. It is not a mere copy of an Egyptian obelisk, it's the real thing. It comes from Egypt and once stood in front of a pagan temple there. This is a true memorial to the merger of SUN worship/sex worship with the Messianic belief. Where do you think the steeples on the churches of christianity came from? Whether it be a tower,a steeple or spire, they are all un-Scriptural,and they all can be linked to the ancient obelisk. Just think about it, these churches have on the top of them, Nimrod Penis in erection pointing up in the face of Elohim. Talk about DISRESPECT! Boy this sure dosen't paint a very nice picture in my mind, how about yours? Islim is NO better off in this regard. They have towers of circumcized penis next to their temples, and may allah praised --- yeh right! These symbols are "PAGAN"- they have to with "SEX" and "SUN" worship. There is NO place for them in TRUE worship of YHWH!
These idols and religions(christianity and islim) are pagan and unclean. Have nothing to do with them. May YHWH give understanding. Don [This message has been edited by Don (edited 04-17-99).] IP: Logged |

Shalom Don, I know what you mean. I feel sorry for so many people that are just clueless about this stuff. Notice our George Washington monument? so many deceptive things. Shalom, IP: Logged |

Shalom DeAnna Yes Deanna it is sad,and like you said most people don't even have a clue. The lay-out of the Capital grounds and buildings were done by Masons. The Washington Monument included. The grounds themselves are laid out in the form of cross as if it were a man, and right where the male orgin of a man should be is----The Washington Monument. This is clearly a "PHALLIC" symbol and can mean nothig else.

![]() Don, I think you're going a little overboard here. Do you think: Telephone/electricity poles are all 'phallic obelisks' designed to test your faith and fool you into pagan idol worship? The Minaret towers that are often erected next to mosques (usually turkish ones) are there for a practical purpose. In Islam, when the Adhan (call to prayer) is made, it is made to call the entire community (village or town etc.) to come to prayer. And so they erected towers so as to get the best coverage. These days it is done via microphone and loudspeaker and the minarets are hardly erected anymore. In my city, one mosque has minarets, and that is the one which the Turkish community built. The mosque which the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) built himself in Madinah had no minarets. And these constructions are not a part of Islam, they were simply used for practical purposes during an era when they were deemed necessary. The Uthmani (ottman) state consisted of many large cities, and this was a more practical manner of alerting the masses to prayer time. Unfortunately, in construciton and civil engineering, it's not really practical to make buildings which zig-zag their way up, straight up is the more practical solution Peace, [i]shlameal[ite].
