All I have to say is that Cyrus is the mashiach that had the temple built. He is the mashiach spoken about in these verses and by the commentaries. If there is a hidden interpretation, how do you know it and from whom? What is your source in the context? Can one really use a deeply hidden interpretation as the whole basis for their understanding of a verse and their belief? I do not think so.

: You know many times when it is speaking of Mashiach it can be in a sense taken to mean also Yisrael because Mashiach IS the personification of Yisrael...but as you should also know..there are many dual prophecies in the Tanakh...well actually throughout the whole Tanakh, and this one in Daniel 9 is speaking of the peshat/literal fulfillment of Cyrus AND the sod/eschatological fulfillment by Mashiach.
