Enjoyed your post. However, I am sure that you will want to be corrected in the following matter... Did you know that in your post you are as guilty as the Christians of putting a limit on the Torah, even though your limit is of a much longer duration?
Read the scriptures concerning "1000" or "thousand" and you will see that it is a symbolic number meaning "myriad" or "limitless" or "infinite" or "of indefinite number" or "of immense order". YHWH, the owner of the cattle on a thousand hills(EXACTLY 1,000?), is telling us that His Torah will go on for eternity! Let us not limit it to 1000 generations... : )
