The Ruach Ha Kodesh
The Holy Spirit
In speaking of Yahweh's promises Paul says in 1 CORINTHIANS 2:12-15

12 Now we have not received the spirit of the world, but the spirit of Yahweh; so that we might understand the things that Yahweh has so freely given to us.

K4 14 But the natural man does not receive the things from the spirit of Yahweh: for to him they are foolishness. Moreover he is unable to grasp them because they are spiritually understood. 15 but the person who has the spirit on one hand understands everything; while on the other, is not understood by anyone.
Father in Heaven, we are so thankful that you have opened our understanding to the words of life. We come before you to praise you for all you have done within us through your son Yahshua. HalleluYAH!!
Brethren, Do you have a good understanding of the Ruach ha Kodesh, Yahweh's Holy Spirit?
Do you clearly understand the 'unpardonable sin' - blasphemy against the Holy Spirit?
Do you know how to recognize the Holy Spirit in people?
I have learned many things about the Holy Spirit in doing this study.
Through this study of the scriptures I learned:
1. The Holy Spirit is most often the spirit of the Father.
2. His Holy Spirit is the means by which Yahweh makes sure people get saved.
3. The Holy Spirit had been doing this for thousands of years before Yahshua was born.
4. The Holy Spirit is a great help in the relationship between us and our Elohim.
5. Righteousness must usually be present before the Holy Spirit comes.
6. There is an important difference in the action of the Holy Spirit made by Yahshua's ascension.
7. The 'unpardonable sin' can be understood and makes perfect sense.
There is an abundance of scripture on this topic, more than two hundred verses!
Please understand that I am not giving all of them here.
Some verses below have been condensed for clarity. I have been careful not to take anything out of context but I urge you to read the scriptures for yourself and check.
I. The Holy Spirit is most often the spirit of the father.
Is the Holy Spirit the Spirit of Yahshua?
I don't believe so - a few times the spirit of the Messiah is mentioned but usually the Holy Spirit is the Holy Spirit of Yahweh. Of course Yahshua DOES have a spirit and his spirit is active and does dwell within us (GAL 4:6). However in studying hundreds of scriptures in preparing this message I find only a few which may speak of the Ruach ha Kodesh, the Holy Spirit, as the Spirit of Yahshua.
We know that the Father and the Son are one. Just as a husband and wife are to be one flesh.
The Shema says so:

Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: Yahweh our Elohim, Yahweh is one!

and Yahshua said so . . .

John 10:30 "I and My Father are one."

If anyone ever had Yahweh's Spirit in them it certainly was Yahshua! He was and still is FILLED with the Holy Spirit.
Therefore the spirit of Yahshua IS the spirit of the Father.
I think that if Yahshua had a separate or different spirit of his own, it was a spirit of unity of purpose with the Father and love for the Father as his Elohim and his sovereign master.
Read these verses with these thoughts in mind and I think you will find them easier to understand.

GALATIANS 4:6 Now because you are sons, Yahweh has sent forth into our hearts the spirit of his Son, the spirit which cries out "Abba," that is 'Dear Father!'

I'm afraid that many people forget that the Son always wanted only to bring us to His Father.

ROMANS 8:9 But you are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if the spirit of Yahweh [the Master?] dwells in you. Now if any man have not the spirit of the Messiah, he is none of his.

10 And if the Messiah be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the spirit is life because of righteousness.

11 But if the spirit of him that raised up Yahshua from the dead dwells in you, he that raised up the Messiah from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his spirit that dwells in you.

So we see that there is a distinct spirit of the Son but it is not THE Holy Spirit.
II. The Holy Spirit is the means by which Yahweh makes sure people get saved (become his eternal children).
A. The Holy Spirit promotes salvation by giving us information vital to our salvation

the spirit of Yahweh, the spirit of wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge and the fear of Yahweh; ISAIAH 11:2

You gave your good spirit to instruct them, NEHEMIAH 9:20

B. The Holy Spirit promotes salvation by being part of the creation and calling of men

spirit of Elohim moved upon the face of the waters. Genesis 1:2

revealed to apostles and prophets by the spirit; Ephesians 3:5

Yahweh has chosen you to salvation through sanctification [setting apart for a spiritual purpose] of the spirit and belief of the truth: 2 Thess 2:13

C. The Holy Spirit promotes salvation by support of Yahshua, the Anointed savior:
Yahweh not only SENT His only-begotten son he also SUPPORTED Him strongly with His Spirit!

Yahweh anointed Yahshua with the Holy spirit and power: who went about doing good and healing, for Yahweh was with him. ACTS 10:38

Conceives Yahshua by the Holy Spirit, MATTHEW 1:20

THE SPIRIT OF YAHWEH ELOHIM IS UPON ME; Yahweh has anointed me to preach good tidings to the meek; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; ISAIAH 61:1

Which Yahshua quoted in LUKE 4:18

Messiah put to death but quickened by the spirit: 1 PETER 3:18

D. 1. The Holy Spirit promotes salvation by propelling the good news message (This is most important! 54 verses):

"living water shall stream from he that believes on me," he spoke of the S, which believers on him should receive. JOHN 7:38,39

S = Spirit

spirit of Yahweh fell upon me, and said to me, Speak!; EZEK 11:5

not you that speak but the spirit of your Father MATTHEW 10:20

We wonder, did Yahshua know this by his own personal experience?

filled with the Holy Spirit, and spoke the word of Yah boldly ACTS 4:31

Not by might nor by power but by my spirit, says Yahweh ZECH 4:6

The book of Acts which tells how the good news was spread, is almost like a story of the actions of the Holy Spirit. A few examples:

he was full of Holy Spirit and faith: many added to the master.ACT 11:24

they, being sent forth by the Holy spirit, departed... ACTS 13:4

they were forbidden by the Holy Spirit to preach in Asia. ACTS 16:6

Holy Spirit witnesses in every city ACTS 20:23

We see the Spirit active in the epistles too.

my preaching was of the spirit and of power: 1 CORINTHIANS 2:4

good news came to you in the Holy spirit 1 THESSALONIANS 1:5

Messiah, through the eternal spirit offered himselfHEBREWS 9:14

And several times in Revelations:

hear what the spirit says to the assemblies. . tree of life REV 2:7

spirit says to the assemblies. a pillar, the name. REV 3:13, 12

spirit & the bride say, Come take water of life freely. REV 22:17

So we have seen that it is by the Holy Spirit that Yahweh gets people saved. He created and called us, He gives us vital information, He supports the salvation work of Yahshua and He spreads the good news message....
ALL by His Holy Spirit! HalleluYah!
III. Yahweh has done this through the Holy Spirit for thousands of years before Yahshua was born.

for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of Yahweh spoke as moved by the Holy Spirit. 2 PETER 1:21

Can we find a man in whom is the spirit of Elohim? GENESIS 41:38

I have filled Bezalel with the spirit of Elohim in work. EXODUS 31:3

the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied NUMBERS 11:25, 26

spirit of Elohim upon him, and he prophesied 1 SAMUEL 19:23

spirit of Elohim came upon him, and he prophesied 1 SAMUEL 10:10

IV. The Holy Spirit is a great help in the relationships among us and between us and our Elohim.

the fruit of the spirit: love, joy, peace, etc. Galatians 5:22-23

spirit bears witness with our spirit, we are children. ROM 8:16

spirit makes intercession for us ROMANS 8:26

wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing by the spirit; 1 COR. 12:8 & 9

the mind of flesh is death; mind of spirit life and peace. ROMANS 8:6

through him we have access by one spirit to the Father. EPH 2:18

If there be therefore any fellowship of the spirit, PHIL 2:1

we know that he abides in us, by the spirit given us. 1 JOHN 3:24

V. Righteousness must be present BEFORE the Holy Spirit comes.

Peter: "Repent, be baptized and receive Holy spirit." ACTS 2:38

Notice the order. Repent first, then receive the Holy Spirit.
4 Holy Spirit, which Yahweh has given to those who obey him. ACTS 5:32
Another wittness

the spirit is life because of righteousness. ROMANS 8:10

VI. There is an important difference in the action of the Holy Spirit made by Yahshua's ascension.

YOU ARE WASHED, SANCTIFIED, JUSTIFIED IN THE NAME OF THE MASTER YAHSHUA, AND BY THE SPIRIT OF OUR ELOHIM. 1 CORINTHIANS 6:11

The key here is that the name of our master Yahshua makes it possible for the Holy Spirit to dwell within us all the time or at least most of the time.

ye are the temple of Yahweh, the Spirit of Y dwells in you? 1 COR 3:16

your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you 1 COR 6:19

he breathed on them, and said, Receive the Holy Spirit. JOHN 20:22

in a few days you shall be immersed with the Holy Spirit. ACTS 1:5

none can say Yahshua is master, except by the Holy Spirit 1 CORINTHIANS 12:3

Now we are ready to talk about the unforgivable sin:
VII. The reasons why one who speaks against the Holy Spirit cannot be saved.
The 'unpardonable sin' makes perfect sense. Speaking against The Holy Spirit is an 'unpardonable sin' because it interferes with Yahweh's great purpose for all creation. Yahweh will not allow this plan to be hindered!
The statement :

MATTHEW 12:25 And Yahshua knew their thoughts, and said to them, "Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand: 26 And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand? . . . .

30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathers not with me scatters abroad. 31 *Wherefore* I say to you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven to men: but the blasphemy against the Holy spirit shall not be forgiven unto men. 32 And whosoever speaks a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whoever speaks against the Holy spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, nor in the worl

Yahweh has exercised His Spirit to accomplish the purpose for which He created the earth - to bring many children into His family.

B. More information about the statement:

grass withers because S/Yahweh blows; people=grass. ISAIAH 40:7

they rebelled, and vexed His holy spirit: therefore He was turned to be their enemy, and He fought against them. Isaiah 63:10

*it will reprove world of SIN, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT BELIEVE ON ME; Righteousness, because I go to my Father; Judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. JOHN 16:8-11

He laid hands on them, and they received the Holy spirit. ACTS 8:17

Now a few examples of the unpardonable sin:

when Simon saw that, he offered them money, ACTS 8:18 Saying, 'Give me this power, that on whomever I lay hands he may receive the Holy Spirit ACTS 8:19

He despises Yahweh who has given us his Holy Spirit! 1 THESSALONIANS 4:8

has trodden the Son of Yahweh, counted the blood unholy and has done despite to the spirit of grace? HEBREWS 10:29

Do not quench the spirit! 1 THESSALONIANS 5:19

CONCLUSIONS:
Though we cannot see or touch it, Yahweh's Holy Spirit, given in a special way at Pentecost, is an important part of the life of the true believer.
1. His Holy Spirit is the means by which Yahweh made sure we got saved just as it has been doing for six thousand years.

2. The Holy Spirit is a great help in the relationship between us and our Elohim.
3. Since Yahshua's ascension the Holy Spirit dwells within us.
4. We must remain clean and righteous to keep that Holy Spirit.
5. Speaking against The Holy Spirit is an 'unpardonable sin' because it interferes with the Yahweh's great purpose for all creation.

The Spirit & the bride say, "Come, take water of life freely." REV 22:17
