Answeres to many of the questions we have received regarding the new
conversion halachah:

Q: Does this new halachah create a two class/tier system of Jews and Gentiles?

A: No. The halachah only creates a method by which Gentiles in the
Nazarene movement who CHOOSE to may become Jews. For this reason the
halachah is actually designed to overcome the two class system currently in
place in Messianic Judaism.

Q: Does this halachah mean that an uncircumcised person cannot be part of
the Nazarene Community.

A: Absolutely not. This halachah only creates an avenue through which
Gentiles who choose to become Jews may do so. However a person does NOT
have to be Jewish to partake in the Nazarene Community. There have always
been righteous Gentiles in this movement and they are just as welcome as
always. There is room in this movement for Nazarene Jews; Nazarene
Gentiles; Nazarene B'nai Noach and even Nazarene Ephraimites. All are
welcome.

Q: Does this halachah conflict with the ruling of Acts 15?

A: No. The Acts 15 ruling delt with whether or not one had to be
circumcised to be saved (Acts 15:1, 5) and we maintain their ruling that
gentiles do not have to be circumcised to be saved. This halachah deals
only with a gentile who wishes to become Jewish and not with salvation.

Q: Does this halachah conflict with Gal. 5:2-3?

No. The "you" of Gal. 5:2 refers back in context to the "you" of 4:21. It
does not refer to everyone but only to those Paul was addressing in 4:21
who were preparing to enter the false theology of Salvation by works which
Paul calls "under the law.". And 5:3 only says that after a gentile
becomes circumcised he is obligated to all 613 commandments. This in fact
implies that prior to his circumcision he is not.

Q: Why should some one become a Jew as oposed to becoming an Ephraimite?
Why emphasis on the House of Judah? Why would an Ephraimite become Jewish?

A: Jer. 3 speaks of the two Houses of Israel separately and staters that
the House of Israel (as oposed to Judah) was divorced. There is no way to
enter the Mosaic Covenant as an Ephraimite because that covenant has not
been preserved among Ephraim. The consistant prophetic picture in the
scriptures has the reunion taking place with Ephraim being joined to Judah.
In Ezekl. 37:15-19 the stick of Ephraim is joined to the stick of Judah.
In Rom. 11 branches from Ephraim are grafted into Judah and told to be fed
by that root. In Zech. 8:23 ten men from out of all the languages of the
gentiles (Ephraim) take hold of the tzitzit of him that is a Jew (Judah)
and say "We will go with you: for we have heard that Elohim is with you."

(Hoshea 5:5,7,9,10,14)

"And the Excellency of Yisrael shall witness to his face,
and Yisrael and Ephrayim stumble in their crookedness with them.
YAHUDAH shall also stumble with them."

"Ephrayim is laid waste in the day of rebuke.
Among the tribes of Yisrael I shall make known what is certain."

"The chiefs of YAHUDAH shall be like those that remove the border -
on them I pour out my wrath like water."

"For I am like a lion to Ephrayim and like a young lion to
the house of YAHUDAH.
I Myself tear them and go,
I take them away, and there is no one to deliver."

(YirmeYAHU 13:8-11)

"And the word of YHWH came to me saying,
Thus said YHWH,'Thus I ruin the pride of YAHUDAH
and the great pride of Yerushalyim.

This EVIL PEOPLE,who refuse to hear MY WORDS,
who walk in the stubbornness of their heart,
and walk after other mighty ones to serve them
and bow themselves to them,
is like this girdle which is completely useless.

'For as the girdle clings to the loins of a man,
so I have caused all the house of Yisrael
and all the house YAHUDAH to cling to Me,'declares YHWH,
to become MINE-for a people ,and for A NAME,and praise,and for adorning.
But they did not listen'."

It sounds like to me that as for as guilt is concerned both Houses - Yisrael and Yahuwdah
are on about equal footing.

James I believe you are misled and you are misleading other people.

Quote;
in Ezekl 37:15-19the stick of Ephraim is joined to the stick of Judah.
In Rom11 branches from Ephraim are grafted into Judah and are told to be fed by the root.

In Ezek/Yahezqel 37 :15-19
It says the two sticks are joined together and become one stick -- Yisrael!

In verse 23

"and they shall no longer defile themselves with their idols....
and they shall be MY people, and I will be their ELOHIM."

Excuse me but I don't see where Ephrayim is joined to JUDAH.

(Hoshea 1:11)

"and the children of YAHUDAH and the children of YISRAEL shall be gathered together,
and appoint for themselves one head,
and shall come up out of the earth for GREAT IS THE DAY OF YISRAEL!"

In Rom 11,

I can not find YAHUDAH even mentioned here.
It doesn't say any thing about Ephrayim being grafted into JUDAH.

Why do you continue to misled people ?

Can I ask that both of you move any further discussions/disagreements between you both to either email or the Echad forum? I would appreciate it.

Shalom Aleichem,
I agree Eliyah.

And as for me, I think that I will just stay an Israelite, as granted by my savior Yahshua, and let him decide which tribe I will be joined to.

This is just tooooo much!
