In SOME cases true. In OTHER cases one of the parties may not be deemed "ready" to receive a truth by YHWH. Thus, it appears that only one of the parties is inspired by the Ruach, although both are. The seeming disparity in doctrinal truth is caused by TIME, in this case. YHWH, who rules time, is concerned only that we arrive at certain truths "in time," though I am sure that He would prefer we arrived at them sooner than later. He is aware that some are not yet ready, for any number of reasons--internal or external, just as a father might discern that the 16 year old daughter is "ready" to drive the family car, while the 18 year old son is not.
