Concerning the "Yod" and "Tagin"/"Tagim":

The crown-like decorations on the top of the square Hebrew letters were not found on the Hebrew manuscripts of Y[aHU]shua's day. I inspected the impressive Bible collection found at "Christ in the Ozarks" and saw that the evidence concerning "Tagim"/"Tagin" leads one to the conclusion that it was a post-Y[aHU]shua inclusion in Hebrew writing.

This is yet another attempt by Judaism to make the Messianic message seem more "traditional Jewish" rather than radical YaHUdi/Yisraeli.

I have heard other, chronologically plausible explanations of what the "tittle" was, but the "tagin"/"tagim" was/is not it.
