I do not know enough about the subject to contribute any worthwhile
information, however I would like to know your conclusion about one thing
at this point. If the crucifixion took place on Wednesday and Thursday was
a Sabbath, why did the women not anoint the body on Friday? My
understanding is that this type of activity was acceptable to do on the
preparation day. This is at least what my Jewish friends tell me. Perhaps
you could shed some light on this for me.
=======================================================Quite simple DT:
The law of Deut 21:22-23 forbade a hanged man from remaining on the tree
overnight, and specifically mandated he must be buried the same day.

Hannah Stated:
Here it is saying that the day you brought the wave sheaf is a
(ceremonial) Sabbath. From that Sabbath, the next day you are to wave the
sheaf. This firstfruit was brought during Passover, and was presented on
the 2nd day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which would make the 1st day
of the week in the time of the Savior, the ceremonial rest day for the
bringing of the firstfruit. Then on the 2nd day of the week the sheaf was
waved, signifying the resurrection.
=======================================================
Surprised you did not know better than this. The feast of weeks always
falls on the first day of the week(Sunday) because the "wave sheaf"(Lev
23:9-12) is always waved on the day after the weekly Sabbath(Lev 23:16-50
days to the day after the seventh Sabbath), not the First Day of Unleavened
bread. In the case of 31 Ad Passover Nisan 14 was Wednesday, and the First
Day of Unleavened bread(HIGH holy day number one, verse 7)Then the 49
days(symbolic of the 49 years of Daniel) are counted and the fiftieth
day(always being Sunday-day after the seventh sabbath, verse 16).
There are seven annual "HIGH" holy days in Leviticus as follow:
1. First Day of Unleavened bread(symbolic of the beginning of last
ministry)
2. Last Day of Unleavened bread(symbolic of the end of next ministry)
3. Pentecost(symbolic of the two spiritual covenants-two leavened loaves)
4. Trumpets(symbolic of the "COMING" & the beginning of the tribulations)
5. Atonement(symbolic of the "APPEARING" after last trumpet and the
firstfruits/saints/inheritors resurrection/translation)
6. Tabernacles(symbolic of the 1000 year Messianic rule)
7. Last Great Day(symbolic of the great White Throne judgment at the end of
the 1000 years).
The failure of the body of Messiah to see decay was a result of divine
power, not any other circumstances..
As to the year of 31 AD, reliable sources, including M. Detwiler, have
researched and agree on the dates. Also,. the Anti-Nicene fathers(whom I
admire greatly) manitained the date of Nisan 14 adamantly. It seems you
would accept their word, given their direct association with the original
apostles, especially with John.

sepulchre, and saw the stone taken away from the sepulchre."
Yahokanan/John 20:1.

These passages are probably a misunderstanding of the Hebrew MORNING(12
hours night) followed by EVENING(12 hours daylight)into the Greek , rather
than a deliberate mistranslation. As to partial days being counted, Yeshua
plainly spelled this out earlier asking" are there not twelve hours in the
day?(John 11:9).

"Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the
commandment to restore and to build Yarushalom unto the Mashayah/Anointed
the Prince will be 7 weeks, and 62 weeks" (Danayil 9:25), 69 weeks, or 483
years.
=======================================================
You are a bit confused.
(vs 25)--"until the Anointed one, the RULER comes, there will be seven
sevens(49 years, beginning in 1948) and sixty two sevens(434 years past).
Total 483 years plus the set aside week(7 years-symbolized by the seven
days of UNLVEVENED BREAD=divine instruction)= 490 years JUBILEE THE
KINGDOM!
(vs 26)-After the sixty two sevens(434 years) the Anointed One will be cut
off and have nothing(NO RULE-the sacrifice)".

As Br. Eliyah pointed out to me in person, the New Covenant does not seem
to have been instituted, yet, if one holds to the context of the passage in
YermeYaHU speaking about the New Covenant. Also, it is no wonder that the
scroll of Hebrews was held in doubt by numerous in Early Believers, since
it claims that the New Covenant had been instituted, and is the only New
Testament scroll which uses the phrase "new covenant."

Messiah Yeshua speaking "This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is
shed for you"(Luke 22:20 & Matt 26:28).
I call that a NEW COVENANT.
You don't like Paul and you don't like Luke.
It seems you really want to pick and choose and make your own traditions of
man. The Biblical errors are small, and not very important. Even the
TRINITY is not a big issue involving salvation, unless you make it one.
Why don't you just throw out the whole Bible, and make your own? Perhaps
you have.
Both Old and New Covenants are valid, but each little splinter of us wants
to be exclusive. Jews/Hebrew wanna be's want to have the OT just as they
interpret. Christians want to have Jesus all to themselves. God is bigger
than that and bigger than you or me.
The problem is such as you intimidate those gentler souls and make them
feel unlearned and stupid.
Learn a bit of compassion. Do you even know the spiritual sacrifices of the
Bible(OLD OR NEW)? These are do good, justice, mercy, fasting, praise,
commitment, obedience, offerings, prayer, righteousness, sharing,
forgiveness, thanksgiving, giving, tithes, and a humble walk with
Messiah/YHWH.
