A "Season of Resistance" Hanukkah celebration will be held on Shabbat day, Dec. 20, 2003, in south-central Pennsylvania in Carlisle, 20 miles west of Harrisburg, near the junction of I-81 and I-76. Sponsored by Proclaim Liberty Ministries, this event will be held downtown at the Bosler Free Library, 158 W. High Street. Activities begin at 11:30 a.m. with a buffet lunch. The worship service will begin at 1 p.m. All you modern-day Maccabees, who are people of goodwill, who love Yahshua HaMashiach, and are worshippers of Yahweh, are welcome to join us! Praise Yah! We believe is Father Yah as creator and keeper of all men.We except and thank Yah for sending his only begotten son Yahshua Messiah for a sin ransom for mankind. I believe In our Creator Elohim Yahweh and His Son Yahshua Our Messiah. I believe that Yahshua Our Messiah died for my sin's and rose on the 3rd day. I believe in The Ten Commandments. I believe in the Passover and his feast days that he command us to keep. Praise Yah.

I am starting a yahoo group for the following women: We are women who are obedient to Yahweh's Laws and joyfully celebrate Yah's Biblical Feasts and 7th day Sabbath (Saturday). We believe in dressing modestly, Biblical submission, headcovering and teaching our children at home. We seek to follow the old paths. We also love to talk about whatever is on our hearts; how we keep the Sabbath; eating a healthy, kosher diet; organic gardening; herbal healing; sewing; ect., and plan to have regular discussion topics each month. **Beginning in March 2003 we hope to be discussing the topic of an Excellent Wife based on the book by Martha Peace. I have been called out to know the true name of The Most High and His son. For about 10 years I have sought to achieve a greater understanding of my ancestors, the children of Yisrael, and to relearn my language. Because I keep the Sabbath and observe the festivals and feast days it is my desire to know where there are others who adhere to the same beliefs so that I may fellowship with them and not constantly find myself among unbelievers, constantly being watchful of what I eat, since many of the things eaten by the world are not consumed by me. I will move out of the city at some point, to more open spaces, but in the interim, it would be nice to just converse via email or whatever with fellow believers. Shalom.

I believe in keeping every word of the Torah Law and accepting the Blood of Yahshua for the remission of Sins. There are many groups claiming to proclaim the Truth, but you will ofter find that they "pick and choose" what they are willing to accept and teach. Other groups get into "off the wall concepts" or attempting to teach subjects which literally have nothing to do with salvation. After all, the New (Renewed) Covenant promised to the Houses of Israel and Judah is THE WRITING OF THE TORAH UPON THE MIND AND INWARD PARTS OF THE TRUE BELIEVER, Jeremiah 31:31--- and Hebrews 8:8--- The fact that Yahshua changed water in to wine will not save you; the fact that Yahshua walked on water will not save you! Think about these things.
