I am starting a yahoo group for the following women: We are women who are obedient to Yahweh's Laws and joyfully celebrate Yah's Biblical Feasts and 7th day Sabbath (Saturday). We believe in dressing modestly, Biblical submission, headcovering and teaching our children at home. We seek to follow the old paths. We also love to talk about whatever is on our hearts; how we keep the Sabbath; eating a healthy, kosher diet; organic gardening; herbal healing; sewing; ect., and plan to have regular discussion topics each month. **Beginning in March 2003 we hope to be discussing the topic of an Excellent Wife based on the book by Martha Peace. I have immense pleasure to introduce myself to you as an ardent, sincere, faithful and devoted gospel worker and I want to share my Gospel Burden with you in the pleasant name of our Lord. I have been carrying on gospel service at Palakol West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, South India. Having been instigated with call from our High Lord I and my Wife have decided to tender resignations to our jobs during the year 1988 to devote our lives for the service of our Lord. We have undergone Bible Training for 3 1/2 years thoroughly and started our service to our Lord. In doing so, we have collected some more young and trained workers of our area and we all l have been carrying on our work as a team. We have established 7 congregations and placed them under the control of qualified and proficient Evangelists. Besides the above congregations, we have recently started some more Congregations. We have been taking special care in prayerfully selecting such villages in which Jesus was not known and have been concentrating in such villages by arranging camps for at least 3 days, visiting door to door, meeting person to person distributing gospel tracts in Telugu language which is our mother tongue, conducting prayer meetings and street rallies and thus saving many souls for the glory of our Lord. In order to give training to more and more young persons, we have been conducting Bible classes very regularly till they become proficient in Lord's service. These young trainees have been taking up gospel service in other areas and have been doing their best for the expansion of His Kingdom. As we know that magazines will play great role in educating the people about the Lord and His messages. We have been running by-monthly magazine by name 'AKHARI GHADIYALU' which means Final Minutes in English. We are running the magazine in Telugu as most of our people know Telugu only. This magazine is mainly intended to appraise about His Second Coming and the need of the people to render Services, in a more effective way. Our gospel services are: conducting weekly worship (with Lord's Supper), Fasting prayers, Bible Classes, Sisters ' Ministries, Youth meetings, Sunday Schools, House visitings, Cottage meetings, Free Tract Distribution, whole night prayer meetings, Street rallies, Open Air Meetings, Women Rallies, Outreaches, Personal Evangelisms, Gospel Camps, etc., We have been concentrating our work mostly in backward and slum areas mainly To educate illiterate and innocent people about our Lord. We have been carrying on the above mentioned services independently. We have no support of any kind from any outsiders. At the beginning we used to spend our own funds also for the sake of our service. Gradually all our own funds were exhausted and we have to depend on the petty offerings from our poor believers who are mostly agricultural laborers, fishermen etc. These offerings are hardly sufficient to meet our day-to-day expenditure for our work. As such it has become problem to maintain our families in these extremely hard days, as the prices of all essential commodities have gone sky high and are not within the reach of poor people. As such we facing starvation. During the course of our preaching work in the villages. We are coming across several orphan children, destitute children, physically handicapped and poor patients suffering from several kinds of diseases and who cannot go to any hospital or doctor for treatment and needed of proper clothing and hunger. Especially we are concentrated for women welfare. Even though we have utmost sympathy towards such helpless people, we are not able to help them in any manner as we ourselves are facing starvation. We are very eager to render our bit of service by running orphanage and women welfare and window homes provided any generous organization comes forward and extend their helping hand financially on regular basis. Due to paucity of funds, we had to stop publication of our magazine. For the same reason, we are not able to complete construction of churches. I am prayerfully asking you through this letter for your prayers and generous help to us on regular basis to enable us to carry out our work more diligently and briskly and maintain our families without starvation. We came to know that you have been extending your helping hand to many institutions and congregations in India. Any amount of help from your generous hands will strengthen our hands to expand His Kingdom. If possible, please send us some cloths for children and adults, gospel tracts. Booklets, Casseetts magazines, for use in our Gospel work. In case it is not possible to support us Please recommend us to any other generous persons or ministries for necessary help. If you want any more information about our Ministry, So we shall do so by sending some photos of our work for your kind perusal. We can also supply you the names of our co-workers. Beth-el Ministries is a congregation of messianic believers, which simply means that we strive to live according to the entire bible. I have six sisters. In 1989, I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Saviour and worship the Lord. In 1991, God spoke me through his word. He called me to his wonderful ministry. So I joined the Bible school in 1994 and learned more about the Bible and his words. In 1996, I started the Lord’s Ministry in Thirumazisai village, near Madras. In this village most of the people are Hindus. They don’t know who is Jesus? Why he crucified? So I have very burden in my heart about this area people to preach the word of God & his love & distribute tracts. Many people are very eager to know about Jesus and his love. God delivered many people from the sickness and bondage of Satan. Now 40 of the people accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour. I have rented a house in this area to worship the Lord. God bless my Ministry day by day. Jesus is Living God. So I believe God will open the door for his Ministry. I am planning & praying to buy a piece of land & build the Church in this area. Please pray for this Ministry in your personal prayers& family prayers. VILLAGE CHILDREN’S MINISTRY “Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it”. God spoke me through his words. God spoke and gave a big vision about the children. So every Sunday evening 5.00 P.M. to 6.30 P.M., I am going to the nearest villages for children’s Ministry. All the children gather in one place. I sing the songs, tell short stories and teach Jesus words. In this village, so many children are suffering very much without food, clothes & poverty. Few of these children have no parents. They are hopeless. Please pray for these village children in your prayers. GOSPEL WORK Jesus said “Go into all the words and preach the Gospel to every greater”. It is one of our vital duty to obey the command of Jesus and so we have taken up the responsibility of preaching the Gospel in all the nooks and corners of villages, towns and city people have to be saved from sin, sickness. They have to enter with us into the internal life in Heaven for that we have to work for Jesus. Every Saturday from Morning till night, we preach the Gospel.DOOR TO DOOR In some villages where high caste people live, they will not come to the streets to listen. So we go to each & every house and tell them about Jesus, listen to their hearts, burdens and problems & I pray for them.
