Description: Would like to introduce myself. Was raised in upstate NY in the dairy country. My home was on a small 12-acre farm with my folks and two older sisters and assorted farm animals. I now live in the southern US.
For as long as I can recall I have talked to my Heavenly Father. I have had many experiences and sin in my life. I have been married three times and divorced twice. I have three grown daughters and five grandchildren. I have lived on the streets, hitchhiked and walked part of the Appalachian Trail. My life has been in danger several times. Two teenage boys killed my fourth and youngest daughter. I was greatly troubled over this for about five years and became very withdrawn. These are but a few of my life events.
Many times I have gone my own way, after all these years (nearly 49), I came to the point of surrendering my will and choose to obey Yahweh and His law of Love, which enfolds the Ten Commandments. I do not find this a hardship, rather a joy and blessing. I have learned from those experiences and know that there is much more to learn! Thankfully I have been forgiven by Yahweh through Yahushua for my wayward sinful lifestyle and now can hear and see with my heart / spirit and not just my blinded eyes and unhearing ears.
All those years I was hungry, thirsty, seeking and knocking. One of my biggest slow downs was when I read His Word, a Church or mankind would explain it another way. I have found that I can trust His Word and His Spirit. The whole armor of Yahweh is needed to stand true. I must prove all things according to His Word. I am very grateful that the Holy Spirit continues to guide me and is a comfort to me.
