I ask that anyone who reads this please send out a prayer to our Father to watch over a man I know who is weary and in need of rest from the strain of constant care he provides to his elderly mother. I spoke with him last night. I prayed to Father to guide me and give me the words to help comfort him. He told me that he prayed to God for help this past weekend. Not for him but for his mother. I talked to him at length about accepting the Messiah as his personal Savior and what He would do to help ease his anguish during this stressful time. His feelings of guilt are weighing heavily on his mind. Not that he could do any more than he already does but he sees the condition she is in and feels there must be something else he can do because she continues to get worse. I know the Messiah can help him and He will send the Holy Spirit to comfort him when he turns over his life to Him.

Abba I pray that you watch over my friend and help him through this trial he is facing. May he come to you with an open heart ready to receive the gift You so readily give to those who aknowledge you and want a personal relationship with Messiah. He so needs the Messiah's hand to walk him down this path of self doubt he is currently traveling down. I pray that you work through me and others to lighten his burden and give him peace. May You be gloried in all things. Amein

I too agree, and pray that the Father continue use you to be a comfort and strength to this man, to help bear his burden, that you are given the time to continue to listen. Caring for an elderly person is very hard, and can get so lonely......blessings to you, Adrian.....
