I would ask you to pray today for Prosecutor Ron Kincade and Judge Gordon Webb that the Spirit of Yahoo'ah would guide them and that they would submit to His guidance this morning in court concerning the negligent murder trial of Christopher Maclin who killed my brother John and sister in law Ann Whitfield while driving drunk. They have some motions to be presented to the court which could be a change of venue because the defence attorney may not want to try the case here in the community where my brother and his wife were so well known. Pray that the Judge Gordon Webb would deny this motion if it should come up or any other motion that would throw out the evidence obtained from hospital records since he would not allow the police to take a breathalizer or blood test to determine blood achohol levels at the scene. According to the lab test done at the hospital Christoper Maclin's blood alchohol level was 0.20 which is 2 1/2 times the legel limit of 0.08 in the state of Arkansas.
We are praying Christopher Maclin will repent and plead guilty to the crime he commited at 8:45 p.m. on December 3, 2006. We do not want anything that Yahoo'ah does not want in this case. As a family we know we have recieved mercy with accountability and this is all we ask for this man.
This is the pre-trial today 07/26/2007, and the trial unless it is moved is on September 10 and 11, 2007.
In the name of Yahoo'shooa the Messiah,
Darrell K Whitfield
