Shalom, I have a friend named Myriah.I have been able to witness to her about the Heavenly Father Yahshua the last past 3 years. She is Pentecostal. She came to visit me one summer for 1 week. I got to tell her about Yahshuas name and about the Headcoverings. She said that she believed. So while she was here she would NOT go outside without a headcovering. And she called him Yahweh. But I know she still don't really know all about it.Please pray that Yahweh will help her receive the truth.

Shalom Skeeter You just keep planting seeds, remember, Isa 55:10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: Isa 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. 1Co 3:6 I have planted, Apollos watered; but Elohim gave the increase. 1Co 3:7 So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but Elohim that giveth the increase. 1Co 3:8 Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. 1Co 3:9 For we are labourers together with Elohim: ye are Elohim's husbandry, ye are Elohim's building. Pray for those seeds to be watered Love you sis, keep shining Yah's light! You are a blessing, Shalom b'Ahavah, Tamar

Peace be with you my brothers and sisters:
Being the wife of Sam,I am often encouraged to read the responses of this site with him. Though I am very new to the name of Yahweh and Yahshua the Messiah, I am happy to have found out the truth and to share the name with others. Not only the name, but the message of love that his name brings.
Being a Seventh-Day Adventist, I have come in conflict with many of its teachings such as not calling on the true name of Yahweh and also concerning the messages of Ellen G. White. I would love to attend a church where truth is preached instead of deception, but there is no church around that I know of in Alabama that I can attend. I haven't been attending church recently, but I feel compelled to have my children be apart of fellowship and to have a church home. Am I wrong?
My prayer today is to find a place of worship for my family to go and worship the Father so that he may reveal all things unto us in spirit and in truth. My next prayer is concerning my job situation. Being a caregiver, my job requires me to work on the Sabbath and often long hours. I'm currently putting in for another position that only works Monday-Friday. I feel that the devil is really working against me in obtaining this position. Please pray that Yahweh's will be done.
I have really enjoyed reading from the discussion forum board and have really been enlightned on a number of topics. Please pray that Yahweh increases my knowledge and understanding that I may continue to share it with others.
Peace Be With You, Sister Spaight

Shalom sister! It is so wonderful to have places online where we can reach out to our brothers and sisters in faith. I will stand in agreement with you sis, about fellowship and a job. We have seen over and over, that as YHWH's people stand on His Word, to be obedient to Him, that too, the blessings listed in Deut 28, follow His people. I believe as you rely on the place YHWH would have you, that HE will meet all your needs according to His riches in esteem through Yahushua our Messiah. I know in my own personal walk, when I simply made a decision that I would not work on Sabbath, and that should YHWH have me work, that HE would open the doors for a place for me work without ever breaking His command to rest upon Sabbath, that HE opened the door! I'll explain, I was a waitress, and had fought long and hard to have my "sun"-day's off. I had explained so carefully that I could never work on that day. Well, to him who thinks he stands, take heed lest he fall YHWH then showed me that His day of rest, was not what the world taught, or rather religions in the world. So, here I was, somewhat doubtful, fearful and embarrased all in one. I did what I knew best. Fell on my knees and prayed. I shared with YHWH, how HE showed me it was wrong to break His commands, that I was not walking in obedience, and that His Word stated there were blessings of obedience, and that I would leave it all in His hands as I went off to work to tell them I could no longer work on the True Sabbath. YHWH had answered my prayer before I got to work. As I walked in, I noticed the waitresses all gathered around the shedule, and before I could reach it, my boss called me into the office. She said, I know I always gave you "your worship day" off, but the waitresses are complaining because they think it fair that they get it off for "their worship". She said, I have decided to give you every "saturn-day" off from now on. I simply reached over and gave her a hug, while praising YHWH. I told her, I know why you gave it off! She looked so confused at my joy, so then I had a door to share with her about the True day of rest, YHWH's Shabbat. YHWH truly blessed me, even while I yet didn't even understand much about the Sabbath, HE was faithful to perform His Word in me. May our Abba bless you richly as you and your family surrender all to His Will, and make the choice to walk in full obedience as He leads and guides you in truth. Nice to meet another sister! Your sister, Tamar PS, there is nothing wrong with home fellowship, yet I would also encourage you to seek out those or ask YHWH to lead you to other brothers and sisters, grounded in the Word, that we not forsake the assembling together, that we not loose out on the blessings of gathering together, all the more as we see the end approaching.
