i just wanted to share a praise to the Father with the body of Messiah here:

on monday evening i got to meet one of my younger sisters that i didn't know i had for the first time in my life. her name is Kristen and she is 23, just a few years younger than i.

my dad signed away rights to her at birth, but she started searching last year for him, and was astounded to find out she has 8 other siblings! she lives in Sweden, so the reunion was bittersweet, as she left today to return home, but it was an awesome experience to meet together, and with her being a dedicated follower of our Father, we were immediately at ease around one another. she isn't "Hebrew roots," but she is familiar with it only to an extent, and says she actually loves to do Shabbat! =O it was an emotional experience, knowing that she grew up about an hour from where i lived, and yet not knowing about each other all this time! it makes me wonder if our paths ever crossed over the years without us knowing...

the Father has been doing restoration in our family for the last 3 years in an interesting way: in 05 i met a sister that i hadn't seen since 92, and in 07 i met another sister that i didn't even know i even had, and just now again in 08 i was able to meet yet another sister for the first time! my dad gave up the rights to a younger brother in 81 as well, that i've never met, and i've often prayed that the Father would bring him into our lives, if possible. He has done amazing things for us these last few years, so i am not giving up hope!

He is all about restoration, and this simple testimony shows that to be true!

Burning One,

Thank you for sharing that testimony. I almost cried but I didn't . As far as we know Adrian has a few brothers and a sister he's never met (older than him). He also doesn't have a relationship with his dad, really he didn't after his parents got divorced when he was little. It's nice to hear how YHWH is restoring your family.

I don't want to take over your testimony but I feel like because of your situation you could help us with some present circumstances but I will email you off board if that's okay. I am facing a WWMD question and feel like you would answer in an honest but gentle and sensitive to the circumstances type way.

Shalom,
Renae
