I will pray with you, too. I also deal with similar feelings from the flesh. There is no doubt that man can do some traumatizing things to us.
What helps me the most is literally crying out to Yahweh, pouring out my physical tears, weeping and wailing, all the hurt and pain, all of this verbally and audibly, all to Him. I've found the best place to do this is in the shower (if I can't leave the house) or to drive somewhere secluded so as not to alarm others and to remain in my prayer closet, keeping it between Him and me. Our tears are precious to Him, and He keeps track of them:
You put my tears into Your bottle; Are they not in Your book? --Tehillim 56:8
Also, when anger or bitterness arise about these things that were done to me, I am reminded that there is nothing on earth I could do to those responsible (any kind of revenge) that can come anywhere near to what is waiting for them when they face Yahweh, and I am able to let go and leave all that in His hands.
Beloved, do not revenge yourselves, but give place to the wrath, for it has been written, "Vengeance is Mine, I shall repay," says YHWH. --Romans 12:19
For we know Him who has said, "Vengeance is Mine, I shall repay, says YHWH." And again, "YHWH shall judge His people." It is fearsome to fall into the hands of the living Elohim. --Ibrim 10:30-31
When I keep these Scriptures in mind, I actually end up feeling compassion for those who have harmed me.
