Please pray for me as I seek to be free of bitterness and deep sadness (a very heavy spirit) connected to past trauma. I want to proclaim the real Yahushua, but with a joyful spirit.

Yes, I know bitterness is a sin. I have asked forgiveness and repented, but the sadness and loss of faith attatched to it remains. I think I need deliverance.

All there are in town are Christian ministries. There is a leader of some of these help groups though, that seems to be aware of the merits of keeping the commands, ie: keep kosher if expecting to stay healed physically, but I don't know if he even keeps Sabbath. Never-the-less, he seems grounded in areas of healing. But first I will find out if he is one who declares the law is abolished, if he is not, than I will move forward.

Yes, I will pray for you Ahuviyah,

I am not sure of the troubles that have impacted your life. However, I understand sometimes sadness/unhappiness can take over. The weight of it all can CONSUME you. Nevertheless, hold fast to Yahweh let his light guide you through this dark time!

Many blessings to you and your house.

Your sister in the Almighty Yah!

PS: Seek him, call him, pray to him and he will answer :-)

I will pray with you, too. I also deal with similar feelings from the flesh. There is no doubt that man can do some traumatizing things to us.

What helps me the most is literally crying out to Yahweh, pouring out my physical tears, weeping and wailing, all the hurt and pain, all of this verbally and audibly, all to Him. I've found the best place to do this is in the shower (if I can't leave the house) or to drive somewhere secluded so as not to alarm others and to remain in my prayer closet, keeping it between Him and me. Our tears are precious to Him, and He keeps track of them:

You put my tears into Your bottle; Are they not in Your book? --Tehillim 56:8

Also, when anger or bitterness arise about these things that were done to me, I am reminded that there is nothing on earth I could do to those responsible (any kind of revenge) that can come anywhere near to what is waiting for them when they face Yahweh, and I am able to let go and leave all that in His hands.

Beloved, do not revenge yourselves, but give place to the wrath, for it has been written, "Vengeance is Mine, I shall repay," says YHWH. --Romans 12:19

For we know Him who has said, "Vengeance is Mine, I shall repay, says YHWH." And again, "YHWH shall judge His people." It is fearsome to fall into the hands of the living Elohim. --Ibrim 10:30-31

When I keep these Scriptures in mind, I actually end up feeling compassion for those who have harmed me.
