Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Please pray for my Dad, Jimmie D. Whitfield, my mom, Nita K. Whitfield, and myself as we attend a funeral today. Dad is preaching while we will be praying. The people in this family are poor due to the bondage of sin to alchohol, tobacco, sins of the flesh and family breakup, and most likely among the younger generation bondage to illegal drugs too. The funeral is at 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time this day (08/04/2002 first day of the week) at an old congregational building near Norfork, Arkansas called the Galatia church. Please until and at this time agree in prayer with us asking the Father to call memebers of the Bowman, Crider, Roberts, Loosy, Vredenburg, thier extended families and friends to salvation and deliverance form the bondage of sin, as well as to bring comfort to their hearts over the loss of Johnnie Miles Bowman. What greater comfort could there be than for the Spirit of the Almighty Yahueh to set these families and their friends free to live a life of freedom in the Messiah? Please agree in prayer with us for a great deliverance and turning from sin to righteousness today in these people that will meet to remember Johnnie !!!
