I am a Chinese in China Mainland. It's my great pleasue to have a chance to ask your prayers here.

The relationship between my parents is very poor. They always keep on disputing each other. Thus I always wondering about the true love between human beings. Last year my father had a health problem. There are 3 tumors on his liver. The doctor said he just need an operation to remove it at first. But because he had recived several operations for his stomach, he refused the advice. Then last week I went with him to have a re-check, the result is very terrible. The numbers has turned to 4 now. Maybe it's a liver cancer. I think he need a more careful check to get the fina result. Unfortunately, he is desperate now and refuse to be checked again.

China is a very different country from USA, we don't have a good social assurance system. That means most of his treatment should be paid by ourselves. Maybe he is afraid of the finacial burden. I wish his situation will be improved or the tumor will be removed permanently after an expensive operation. The money from my faminly can only afford that.

I am an employee of the Xi'an Aircraft Design&Reseach Institute for 5 years, although I like aero-tech very much, I hate to work here. It's a nightmare for me to stay here. We just to keep on copying the aircraf drawings from USA, or Russia, or Israel. I want to find a job need more creativity and the reward can be improved greatly. Last year I took the national Entrance test for Graduation for a master degree in XADRI, although I got a quite high score, I am refused while some one whose score is 40 points less than me was accepted. I am sure I have the genuis to finish a master-doctor degree, and I want to keep on taking the test this year. Here the tuition is very expensive for a master degree, I don't know what shoud I do now. It's really dilemma. I wish God can help me to resolve this.

Dear skyeagle:

As you asked for prayer, I will, by Yahweh's grace, pray for you and your family, for your present situation as to your work, and for your father's health problem, and for your parents relationship, for it sounds like they have maybe fallen out of love for one another. Again, I see that the adversary, that one who rebelled against Yahweh, is working out his ways all about you. I am unsure about your faith, skyeagle, so I will give you some promises from within the Scriptures of yahweh, and I want you to read the Scriptures aloud, and tell Father that you believe His Word, because you believe He does not lie, and then, thank Him for having answered your prayers, and await the exact time when those answered prayers will be made definite for you and yours. We are to Ask, Believe, Claim the promise, and then Await your physical eyes to see that which your spiritual eyes have already accepted. It is always well to know that if Father believes that as He allows you to be humbled and polished up by the process of suffering, like His Son, Yahshua Messiah, He will strengthen you by allowing your faith to grow as you suffer, yet believe. This is the walk of faith. Today I add you and yours to my prayerlist, and please receive these promises below, and believe!

1/ "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but Elohim/God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it" (1Corinthians 10: 13, KJV);

2/ "Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. 13: Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of Elohim/God: for Elohim/God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man"
(James 1: 12, 13, KJV);

3/ "The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations" (2Peter 2: 9, KJV);

4/ "Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he [i.e., Yahshua Messiah] also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil [it is the devil that brings disease and death into the world, and we follow him and thus we are lost. Do not believe him!]; 15: And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage [it is that "fear" {eventually when broken down to the lowest common denominator, man fears death having never reached the desires of his own heart}]. 16: For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham. 17: Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to Elohim/God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. 18: For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted"

5/ "Submit yourselves therefore to Elohim/God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8: Draw nigh to Elohim/God, and he will draw nigh to you" (James 4: 7, 8a, KJV).

Please believe all of these words, skyeagle, and He will protect you, and trust Him, for He is your All in all!

During the last seven days, I stay with my father. and funtunately I found his situation improved especially in his emotional. May God Bless him and My family.
I don't know where I can get a bible in a small town 50 miles from Xi'an, the center of western China. Is there anybody can give me some advice?
