Yahushua was sent to save all mankind and the Prophets teach that He is a light to all the gentiles (Isaiah 42:6 and other verses). If anyone believes in Him, they become grafted into Israel (Romans 11, Galatians 3:29, Ephesians 2). He wants us to reach people of all nations, tribes, and tongues/languages (Matthew 28:18-20, Revelation 5:9).

Regarding Matthew 15:24 we have to read this in context and take all scriptures together to understand it properly. If you want to discuss it further please come in chat as discussions such as this are not the purpose of this forum.
