I’m sitting here before you this day a truly happy, grateful, content man. I owe it all to Yahweh & His only son, the Messiah, Yahushua HaMaschiach.* It hasn’t always been that way. For many years the only person I cared about was myself & I went to great lengths to accomplish that. In December 2006 I wound up flat on my face before our Elohim begging for forgiveness & asking him to give me a new outlook on life. & Him, being the merciful Father that he is, forgave me of my sins & gave me a new outlook on life once I took Him seriously. ( Read Genesis 4:4-7)
Basically these scriptures tell me this. That I’m a sinful man! For many years I only lived to please myself & I went to great lengths to do it. Here I am. At my lowest rock bottom with nowhere to go but up. So I decided to look up & Yahweh said to me “ look man if you take me seriously I will bless you. But you must master your sin, your shortcomings.” Unless all of us are willing to take him seriously & master our sinful nature we’ll never have the true blessings that our Elohim so desperately wants to give us. For me at that time in my life I took Him seriously. I’ve never regretted it HalleluYah!
There have been those, myself included , who either think or have thought that once we are saved from our sins that everything becomes hunky-dory & life becomes a bowl of cherries. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. (Read Genesis 3:16-19) So much for that misconception. Because of Adam& Eve’s misdeeds mankind has suffered the consequences throughout all generations to this day. Yahweh our Elohim originally had in his plan a euphoria for lack of a better term for his creation.(Read Genesis 2:4-25 ) Adam threw it all away over an apple. How many times have we hindered Yahweh’s blessings in our lives over something meaningless?
These days life hasn’t been better. I’ve been blessed with a wife who is perfect for me (Yahweh knows what I need.) People at work ask me how I’m able to do the type of work I do, which is very physically demanding, without complaining. ( Read Phillipians 2:14) This opens doors to talk about our Elohim & how He has blessed my life. One young man even told me he wanted to sit down & ask me a lot of questions. HalleluYah! ( Read Matthew 28:18-20) I hope that our Elohim has been able to use me today to help someone who may be facing challenges in his/her lifeI’m sitting here before you this day a truly happy, grateful, content man.
