Good Day to all:
I was just wondering what scripture is used by those in the Messianic Movement wearing a head covering and some do not?

Are you referring to men or women?

Ephesus *:**, Wives, let your submission be in fidelity [emunah] to יהוה YHWH, because the spouse is the head of the wife, however, the Word of I AM is the repose of her head, and I AM, in person, is the salvation of her entire body. Ephesus *:**, And as the gatherings of people are under the authority of the Word of I AM [YHWH'OSHUA], so let the wives be under that same authority also before their spouses in all things. Italian word anteriore (that which comes before) is implying that in Roman Language both words testa and frónte meant the part that comes before the hair. –– Also in another Latin Language, Portuguese, the word testa means forehead. Definition of testa from it.wiktionary.org/wiki/testa, 1. capo 2. parte anteriore; the initial part; that which comes before Definition of frónte (forehead) from www.dizionario-italiano.it, frónte ['fronte] 1. parte della testa 2. la parte anteriore di varie cose There is no fragment of scripture saying that a woman’s long hair should be covered. Instruction is given for her to cover the principal part of her head, which is not the hair, as it is said: For this reason [when prophesying or reciting the Word that I AM] she ought to clothe her forehead with a sign of Power - יהוה - over her: because of the [authority of the Word that is above] angels. Power and authority of the words she will speak and prophesy is above and beyond Heavens. Thus the part that is already covered by her glory, her long hair, does not need to be clothed since her long hair is given to her for a veil. 1 Corinzi -- To the gathering of people of Corinto, Greece Fragments of Omitted Scripture
Alef -- The head of every man is YHWH’ÓSHUA [The Word that became flesh], a woman's head is her spouse, however, YHWH--I AM is the head of the living Word [that a woman comes to recite or prophesy].
Beth – Every woman who will recite or prophesy the Word with her forehead uncovered will be disgracing the ornament of her own head, for that is even all one and the same as if the rest of her head were bare skin.
Gêmel – If a woman will not cover the front of her head then let also [in like manner] the rest of her head be bare skin. But since it is not proper for a woman to have her head shaved, let her wear the forehead covering as a combat helmet so that she is able to be standing equal to men when using the weapon of the Word. For such as man is semblance of a glory made for יהוה I AM, likewise a woman, with her forehead uncovered, is also semblance of a glory made for man.
Dalet -- Also man was not made from woman, but woman from man. Neither was the first man formed for woman, but the first woman was formed for man. For this reason [when prophesying or reciting the Word that I AM] she ought to clothe her forehead with a sign of Power - יהוה - over her: because of the [authority of the Word she shall speak which is above] angels.
Hê - Thus in Yhwh both are put in subjection under the authority of I AM only: neither is the spirit of man bond to woman nor is woman to be put in subjection under a spirit of man. And as woman was made from man, so man is now born of woman, and in all things both are of the power of I AM only.
Vav – Let her judge by herself if it is decent for a woman to recite YHWH’S Word with her forehead uncovered. Does not Torah--The Law clear up that when a foreign woman was taken by force and had her head shaved, that was a sign that a man had humiliated her by taking her to serve him as a wife?
Zayin - But if a woman has long hair, it is a glory to her. For her long hair is given to her for a veil. And if anyone seems to be contentious [whether impeding or imposing the use of a forehead covering], we, the Hebrews, do it not for a custom [or because of a tradition]. Neither we nor the gatherings of people of ELYON.

Tradition....that's why....it's NOT in scriptures When many bibles are just partially revised then what might be left for one to follow is the sign of the creature rather than the Sign of Power of ELYON over her (fore)head. One of the signs left and offered by the beasts (religions) is that a woman should cover her hair, having nowhere in the fragments as originally written saying that a woman should do it. Therefore it is ascertained which tradition is given from above and which things are just a sign offered by the creature and spirits of men (potentates from down).

Hidden Treasury fragment – If a woman will not cover the part of her head that needs to be covered then let also [in like manner] the part that is naturally covered be bare skin, for that is even all one and the same as having her entire head shaved. (Let her hair be like the part of her head which is naturally bare skin; the principal part of the head that goes before the hair).
since that is one and the same as having her head shaved. –– Holman Standard. for it is one and the same thing as if she were shaven. –– American Standard for that is even all one as if she were shaved. –– Webster
From the writing entitled Sign of a Power over Heavens - Above and Beyond,
At one of the air force bases, a person was given the task to build a new model of helmet, for there was no helmet designed specifically for women. When it was done then a pilot woman, standing on her combat aircraft, received a white helmet adorned with a thin red line horizontally on both sides of it. However, what revealed it to be a helmet designed specifically for women was a frontal cup shape extension that covered the space between the eyebrows.

The forehead covering for the daughters of the Hebrews has the same detail; a cup shape extension made to cover the space between the eyebrows, except that the sides that extend beyond the cup shape must be slightly inclined to the above direction to not cover the eyebrows. Do not use wool, silk nor polyester. Forehead covering might be made of a solid frame clothed on the outside with a layer of linen and with short cushioned layers of cotton on the inside. In the book ‘The Jewish World: 365 Days’ (Hardcover) by The Israel Museum Jerusalem there is an ornamental forehead covering made of precious metals and stones.
