You are most welcome, Burning one. The way I did the brewers yeast is I mixed it with a good-tasting plain yogurt and honey. I really liked the taste of the Lewis Laboratories yeast so I usually ate it in a bowl of yogurt. But if she doesn't like it, use a small amount of yogurt and honey mixed with it so she can 'get it over with!' Something she can eat in a couple bites. Even if she can do it for at least a month to give it a chance, it can be helpful.

I have heard of some women using only one breast to nurse, but keep trying to do both breasts because it is important for breast health later in years. Has she experienced 'feeling' her milk coming in? it is referred to as a 'let down.' Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks. When she does experience it, then the process of the breasts 'stabilizing' milk production begins. She can experience being 'too full'. I know, one extreme to the other!
