This morning we had a good time in services with 11 men at Arkansas Dept of Corrections at Tucker Unit in Tucker, Arkansas. We introduced ourselves and our basic beliefs to the men there. Three of the men were visitors and seekers inquiring about the belief in Yah. Two of the men that had been studying on their own requested baptism which we hope to set up soon. One of the problems here in the prison system is the dietary laws are hard to follow since they do not always serve things that are Scripturally clean.

This is wonderful news to hear about. I don't know if you know it but we are in Arkansas also. We live a good distance from you but I believe I know where Mountain Home is located. We have been tossing around ideas on how to help our community and wondered what kind of information you are using at the prison (i.e. tracts, booklets, etc.). We have many here under the poverty level and also a Meth problem as you probably know alot of small towns in Arkansas have aquired. We want to definetly start locally and help those in need.
As we can we will send a little here and there to help support your prison ministry. We will also keep you and those you are ministering to in our prayers.
