Since I've begun to post a little bit here, I thought I would give you a short bio on myself. I'm a 61 soon to be 62 year old grandmother. I was born in Tokyo Japan in 1944 (how we got there is too long of a story). My mother, my sister, and I returned to the US when I was 2 1/2. Then, I spoke only Japanese-today I speak none of it. My husband and I live in a rural town in North Central Florida on 5 acres. We have 2 horses, a pony, chickens, 3 dogs, and 3 feral cats. We grow veggies as much as we can, use our hens' eggs, have blueberry bushes, a peach tree, pear tree, and apple tree. All of these items I usually can (except for the eggs). I work as an Administrative Assistant to the CEO of a credit union and my husband is a maintenance tech. I came to Yahweh about a year ago. Before that, like many of you, I was Christian born and bred but somehow none of it satisfied me. I have run the gamut from Catholicism to the occult to non-denominational and in between I was one BIG SINNER. I'm not proud to say this, as a matter of fact, it was my biggest shame, but I have been married 4 times with my husband being the fourth. I have to say however, that he is a wonderful man and the only husband that has ever been a believer. I thank Yahshuah for absolving me from that shame when I laid my sins at His feet. My oldest daughter and her husband are the ones that set my feet on the path to the truth; PRAISE YAHWEH!, and I have been reading my head off on everything I can get my hands on since. I enjoy coming here and reading the posts. Sometimes I agree, sometimes I don't but even in disagreements between posters, I seldom see real animosity like I have seen on some other websites. The information is great, the fellowship is warm and friendly, and one thing I really like is that the people here are not Christian bashers. After all, most of us came from that side of town and we need to have compassion for those who are still in the dark.

Blessings to all of you,
Bubbie Dee

Hello Bubbie Dee,

You must be in the generation that will see the coming of HaMashiach. Praise YHWH!!!
Can I ride a horse? I just love horses but never have been around them most of my life. Dreamed of having a ranch but I wasted most of my life chasing worldly things rather then accomplish dreams. Long story.

A lowly servant of Yeshua Our King and Master Appointed by the MOST HIGH Elohim, YHWH,

Songstress, I can be reached at deed@flcu.org.

Withwingsofeagles-I don't ride anymore. My babies are just eye-candy, pasture ornaments these days. Too afraid of breaking any bones-my balance just isn't what it used to be!
